Welcome to Fynn, an AI emotional companion community. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fynn mobile application and related services ("Service") provided by Fynn ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Fynn, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Description of Service

Fynn is an AI-powered emotional companion community that provides:

• AI Character Interactions: Conversations with AI-powered characters with unique personalities and backgrounds
• Task System: Interactive tasks and challenges created by AI characters
• Chat History: Storage and management of conversation history
• User Profiles: Personal account management with customizable avatars and background themes
• Text-Based Communication: Secure text messaging with AI companions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

To use certain features of Fynn, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

AI Character Interactions

Fynn features AI-powered characters designed to provide emotional support and meaningful conversations. Please understand that:

• AI Limitations: AI characters are not human and may not always provide appropriate responses
• Not Professional Advice: AI responses are not intended as professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice
• Emotional Support: While designed to be supportive, AI characters cannot replace human relationships or professional help
• Content Generation: AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate or appropriate
• Text-Only Communication: All interactions are text-based; no image or file sharing is supported

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Rights

Fynn and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes:

• App design, user interface, and visual elements
• AI character personalities and backgrounds
• Software code and algorithms

Your Rights

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Fynn for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you create or share through Fynn, including profile information and conversation messages. However, by using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content to provide and improve our services.

• Inappropriate use of profile features or content

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the app or contacting us. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
• We may delete your account and associated data
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Fynn is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
